The massive sitting room looking directly onto the verandah and lawns is the jewel in the crown of this elegant apartment.

The large kitchen has been formed out of what used to be the butler's pantry and is a wonderful room in which to share supper at the end of a day in the hills. There are laundry facilities in the laundry room on the ground floor of the house. There is also a drying room for wet outdoor clothes and boots in the basement of the house. A flat screen television with 'Freesat' and integral dvd player is provided.

The Garden Flat has two bedrooms arranged as follows: one with a king size bed and one with three single beds.

As this flat has excellent ground floor access it is suitable for those largely, but not entirely, dependent on wheel chairs. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
