Craigendarroch 1 & 2 each has a porch and entrance hall, living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and three bedrooms. No. 1 has one double and two rooms with single beds.
No.2 has one double bedroom, one single and one with bunk beds.
The bathroom is downstairs in both houses. Heating is by "Total Control" electric central heating and multi fuel stove.
