The Billiard Room Flat faces west over some of the finest planting in the garden to the Fuinary hills beyond. The sitting/dining room of massive proportions was the old billiard room. It is heated by a multi-fuel stove.
The kitchen was the old gun room. There is one room with a king size bed, one with a double and single bed and two twin bedded rooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 WC's. A deep freeze and dishwasher are provided. The fittings and much of the furniture are examples of fine work from the turn of the century.
