From a relaxing days fishing to a stalking adventure for stags and hinds, or even a day away climbing Ben Nevis, Britain's highest mountain.


As well as beautiful self catering accommodation and staggering scenery, Ardtornish Estate can also be used as a base for a wide range of activities both within the local area and further afield. Ben Nevis and Glen Coe are only an hour away with some of the best mountaineering in Britain if not Europe. In winter, skiing is available at Nevis Range and the White Corries, GlenCoe - global warming permitting!

 

Other activites include:

 

Fishing for wild brown trout on one of the many lochs and streams or salmon and seatrout on the River Aline and Loch Arienas.

Scuba diving in the Sound of Mull on wrecks and reefs. Mountain biking on the miles of forest tracks.

Birdwatching Looking out for sea eagles, golden eagles or as many of the 135 species of birds found here. Otter,

Whale watching porpoise or even dolphins can be seen in the waters around the estate.

Walking Wandering the hills far from the madding crowds found in the more accessible parts of Scotland.
